Double day--RSB and dancing! No nap in between--so was up and out from 8:30am to 5pm. RSB felt easier--perhaps building stamina with multiple sessions. Small group this morning--9 people. Dance class was also light--10 people or so. Today's FO dance class is the last one for 6 weeks--same for tomorrow's RP class. Rescue will have to come to the rescue--or something else perhaps. Right now I'm buzzed out--glad that I could make the two classes today.
I just took my last round of medications--and did it with Vital Reds. Had a V8 Fusion in the afternoon--which kept me going during dance class. Had chicken for lunch--and a smoothie and pastry for breakfast. Will have some more chicken for dinner--not really feeling all that hungry but need to fuel up while I'm doing so much exercise. Just looked at my FitBit--and have logged nearly 8000 steps today.
There was an article about the MS watch--one that helps moderate PD tremors and small muscle issues. Makes sense--like a DBS that isn't all that deep but rather on the surface. I would think that some modifications of a similar device could be targeted for other symptoms--could even have clothes that were wired to do the same thing.
Dance tomorrow at RP--and RSB and dance on Saturday.
