Had a good visit with PH today. She's looking well and was in good spirits. It was good to see her--it's been quite some time since we last got together.

She introduced me to Sean Stephenson (www.timetostand.com). He's an amazing being who has overcome a debilitating physical condition with grace, humor, and wonderful compassion--especially for himself.

Went to lunch with BH today (a delicious lentil, vegetable, chicken sausage dish, with a green salad and broccoli flowers--also some tapioca with fruit). We watched Spartacus. It's quite a lengthy movie. Kubrick directed it but had no creative control. As a result, the film meandered some and had too many long drawn out scenes. It seemed to be missing the kind of tensions that are prominent in other Kubrick movies. It did have elaborate battle scenes--which is one of his trademarks.

I don't recall any of last night's dreaming. I'm certain that I dreamed. What about is lost in dream time. Weekend coming! What will the solstice bring?
