It's been a long day. Arose at 6:30AM and went to breakfast with RB. We had a good time catching up on everything--it's been months since he's been in the area. By default, we also sort of caught up on the other men's team alumni. His daughter, O, is now 11 years old.
Went to the movement class. That felt good. I'm still somewhat gimpy in my left leg, but movement/motion seemed to help. Leg will get a bit of a rest over the next three days (no classes), then will hit the CW class again on Monday. I'm feeling that this leg twinge is going to move on up and out.
Dreams got lost in the swirl last night and today. I know I dreamed, but I don't know what about. I watched Kundun, a film about the Dalai Lama. It was somewhat plodding. It covered a lot of ground--from the birth of this reincarnation through his escape into India. Had a lot of flaws--like the people dressed out as Chinese soldiers--a weird mix of ethnic types with their faces hidden behind scarves. It was a Hollywood production!
PH is stopping by in the morrow. Looking forward to seeing her--it's been a while! Lunch/movie with BH/GH in the afternoon--which looks like another scorcher. Summer has arrived!
