Easter Sunday! Rain drops keep falling on my Easter eggs. Slept in this morning to see if that would help the flushing and turning red. Everything went fine until I ate a late lunch (I had a late breakfast, too, but no reaction from it). After I ate lunch (a hot udon dish with rice noodles and vegetables), I started lighting up about an hour later. I also took some fish oil, vitamin D and a multi-vitamin. I don't think the supplements had anything to do with my reaction--I think it was the soup. But, the soup is pretty innocuous. Just a light fish broth, noodles, green vegetables, and that's it. Had a cup of sleepytime tea later in the evening and that seemed to calm things down a little. But, not completely. Is a puzzlement! Will keep watching and noticing what goes on.
Watched a documentary called the Wheel of Time. It was about a Buddhist ceremony that the Dalai Lama conducts where they make a sand painting that gets destroyed when the ceremony concludes. It was shot in India and Tibet by Werner Hertzog. It was well done and showed what the activity was like for pilgrims, monks and devotees. The scenes around Mt. Kalish were striking. The chaos and the turmoil of the attendees was informative. I don't think I'd want to make that journey now. At an earlier time, I would have been more ready to do it.
CW dance class restarts tomorrow. It will be good to do some moving around.
Lower part of CA got some temblors today. Not too much damage but a lot of shaking about. The main quake was a 7.2! It was below the San Andreas fault, but might have shaken loose some plates that will cause some movement up here. The drift goes on!
