Took GH to his doctor's appointment today. It is always a pleasure to spend time with him. He's going through a lot of medical issues, but he's keeping his spirits high. BH is also having some issues as well, but she keeps on with everything. I wish them well.

I watched the Braco DVD yesterday and I've felt positive and well since doing so. There is something uplifting in the faces of the many people who gather to listen to his voice or stand in his presence. He reminds me of Amma--selfless and giving. I look forward to getting a copy of one of his books. It should arrive soon.

I watched the X-File movie. It was nothing of substance. The story was muddled and highly improbable. I believe it was solidly panned when it was released, and rightly so.

Dreamed last night that I was with the people in the management consulting group I once worked for. I can't seem to recollect what we were doing in the dream. It seems that we were working on some projects, but the details escape me.

Went to CW dance class today. It felt good to dance. When I arrived, they were dancing a heart-thumper of a dance that I knew. I joined in and then did a full regular class. Came away feeling good and not at all tired or wonky. PD dance class tomorrow and a movement class as well. Moving on!
