A bit warmer today and this evening! Supposed to warm up even more tomorrow and through the weekend. Had a fun gait and balance class today. Instructor set up a "volley ball" game where we sat in chairs and used a large balloon for the ball. Fun was had by all! Overall, she gave us a workout today. Intensity! That's the new word that underlines exercise.
Last night, I had an elimination accident as I slept. I awoke with my pajamas soiled. It seems that my stomach is upset over something I ate over the past few days. I suspect the lamb stew I had on Monday, but I can't be certain. Clearly, my stomach is feeling sensitive and doesn't want much sugar, kefir, or such. I ate carefully today and will watch what I ingest tomorrow. Movement class tomorrow followed by a tuina session. Did Qigong this afternoon (after a nap and standing all the way). I noticed in the gait/balance class that my arms felt stronger when we did anything that required extended arms. Something is happening!
