Gait and balance class today! We did mostly yoga postures on the floor. It was very relaxing and felt wonderful. It also felt good to get back to some regular activities. I did come home and sleep though. I was very relaxed!

Dreamed last night and this afternoon. Last night I dreamed that I had found an old electronic device that had been used to make some early software programs. The device had a panel of push buttons. When a button was pressed, an animation would play back on the device's screen. I was showing everyone the device. It was like I had found an archaeological relic. People seemed interested in the device, but not as much as I seemed to be.

A second dream occurred this afternoon. I was with a woman and her husband. He was a military veteran and had been injured. We were looking at an award that he had been given for his injury. He had lost the lower part of his right leg. As we opened the award there was another award also in the case. When the soldier was asked about the second award, he acknowledged that he had sustained another injury which he had not mentioned to anyone. He then proceeded to remove a prosthetic on his left arm. He had lost the lower part of his left arm. The woman and I were shocked by this revelation. Strange dream!

Movement class tomorrow! Looking forward to it!
