Dental, PD dance and resistance training all went well today. Ribs are feeling much better. Still using the hot/cold patches but they seem to be working. Still have issues with teeth and gums but I guess I'll have such until I won't need dentures any more. The dentist had them give me another dose of antibiotics in the upper right tooth (#2) since I had a deep pocket in that region. He didn't have an encouraging prognosis for that tooth. I grow old! I grow old! Shall I turn my teeth to gold?

Too late for that!

Got an email from one of my credit card companies. They sent a notice that they had changed my card account number again. Ostensibly to prevent problems that could be caused by a company that had a security breach on their computer files. What a pain! Have to go through all the billings that I do with the credit card and update profiles to the new card number. There had to be a better way! This is not the first time I've had this happen. I repeat--what a pain!

Gait and balance class tomorrow. Giant MegaMillion lottery tonight! Over $350MM!

Watched an interesting movie tonight--Nostalghia. A film made by a Russian, about a Russian, that was filmed in Italy (in Italian). The writer/director is Tarkovsky. The film is a bit slow but still attractive even when the camera is lingering. The scenes are dreamlike and misty. The setting is in and around a set of old ruins and the remnants of a hot springs/spa. Everything is heavy with meaning, but still is mesmerising and tantalizing in what happens (or does not happen).
