Feeling twitchy and antsy today! Not sure exactly why! Visit to dentist yesterday threw me off center. Don't look forward to what has to done with all that. Resistance training session had to be held outdoors since seminar room was booked for another class. We did the class but I didn't feel comfortable with the change of venue even though it was a wonderful day weather wise. Class was smaller than usual probably because of the shift of location.

Dreamed last night that I was at the top of a snow-covered mountain. There were several of us there and we each had a large vehicle--mostly old vintage cars. We were going to drive the cars down the snowy slope into a small village at the foot of the mountain. It was a tricky feat to keep the cars moving in a straight line and not start spinning and sliding sideways. We all made it safely to the foot of the mountain and into the chalet's parking lot. We went into the chalet to get some breakfast. RB was one of the drivers. He was not feeling well. He was trying to eat something but couldn't hold it down. Across the room, I saw JON sitting at a window table. I was surprised to find him there. I told the others at our table that JON was there. They too were surprised.

Watched a film this evening--Focus. It's a film based on an Arthur Miller's book. It's about prejudice and antisemitism as it was being played out near the peak of WWII in one small NY neighborhood. I'd seen the film before with the H's, I believe. It's a powerful story, told well and effectively, and brings home the jagged points about such beliefs and actions.

Laundry day tomorrow! A ripple in the break in the flush in the zoom of all that goes on in this world! I bow down before the quarter gobbling machinery and let the wrinkles roll!
