G&B session today! It was a big class and it was a workout. I don't know about everyone else but some of the exercises take me to the limit of my endurance.  Movement class tomorrow! And the beat goes on! Deluge of rain this morning with lots of wind. Cleared up in the afternoon and the sun filled the skies. Forecast is for more of the same on its way.

Dreamed last night something again about a job, work and a project being done. There was a lot of trial and error activity. I don't recall the details but just remember the general ambiance of the dreaming--struggle, puzzling activities, trying to figure out something, and so on.

I went by the pharmacy and picked up my medication that was not filled yesterday. The copay was really small. I've gone through the donut hole and am now in the catastrophic stage of what I have to pay for medications. My total out of pocket annual costs are still not all that much. Medicare picks up most of the total costs. Thank goodness for that!

It'll be early to bed tonight! I didn't nap this afternoon--had a green tea latte which kept me rolling through. But time now for some reading and getting horizontal.
