Went by the park this morning to check out the Tai Chi classes. There were no classes, probably because of the holiday weekend. There were, however, a major number of cars at the park--to the point of almost no parking spaces. Not sure why there were so many people present.

When I came back from my No Tai Chi trip, I just felt like sleeping. So, I climbed back in bed and nodded off for a few hours. Awoke about the time I was to take my next dosage of medication. Got up, took my afternoon pill, and went out to grab a bite to eat.

Watched a film this afternoon--The Rainmaker. It's a story about a newbie young lawyer who joins a firm of ambulance chasers. The script is based on a Grisham novel by the same name. Grisham has made a franchise out of depicting the lawyers and the legal system in the Southern part of the U.S. His stories always unfold at a breakneck pace and the movie allowed that feature to drive the film. There are a number of name actors in the piece and Coppola wrote and directed. I was curious to see if I recognized any of the background since the story supposedly takes place in Memphis. Nothing popped out for me--the camera was generally kept tight and did not have many wide shots.

How did it get to be so late? Where has this day gone or been? I recall waking this morning but much of the rest of the day is a fog and a blur! I seem to recall dreaming when I napped but nothing remains--just more of the fog and the haze. Time to jump back into dream time!
