Mum's the word! Not blet or dol! (Two words from today's Says You radio program game.) Mum's day is almost over. There were a lot of mums out today being treated to brunch. Made for a crowded breakfast scene nearly everywhere. Muggy warm day. It's cooling down some now and will do so into the evening. Global Warming is winning though!

C&M class tomorrow plus a reading session with GH and an acupressure session in the later afternoon. LM, the practitioner, flies off to Italy on Tuesday for his annual holiday with his family. Will not see him or get a treatment until later in June when he returns. Glad he's taking some time off but rue not seeing him for over a month.

Watched a gritty, intense film this evening--The Believer. It's based on an actual event in the late 60s when a young Jewish man joined the KKK. He was outed by the press and he killed himself over the exposure. The film is built around the core event but is elaborated on the front and back of the action with fictional activities and story elements. The thrust of the film is about a man who rejects the religion in which he was raised, turns to the opposite extreme (hatred, terror, and bias). He eventually makes a turnabout but does so with the cost of his life. The film is tough to watch especially the first half. It begins to lighten up as the end nears with the raw violence of the first half replaced with his uncertainty and terrorist activities, and ultimately his telegraphed conclusion.

New dental bridge is working well. It fits well and has settled in place without any problems. Thank you Dr. Thai! An excellent piece of work!
