Had a resistance class today! Felt good! Feeling quite sleepy tonight. Sent my youngest sister a Happy Birthday note. No classes tomorrow.

Awoke early today--was up early. No nap in the afternoon. Had a Frappuccino which took the edge off of the tiredness from the resistance class.

Watched a hokey film--Strange Days. It is a somewhat SciFi film about the antics of a subculture of wire heads (people who use brain stimulators to view/experience what another person records while immersed in an actual event). It's set at the turn of the century (2000) in the time just before the New Year is to take place. There is a monumental street party in process and much craziness. The story involves police killing a famous rapper and what happens when a recording of the event come to light. The film is filled with violence, criminal activity, people going nuts, and a lot of other disjointed behaviors--too much to actually be all that interesting. The conclusion is so heavily telegraphed that I became antsy when it didn't appear sooner. The film's title certainly describes what the film is all about!
