PD dance and weight training on this day after Labor Day. Not a big crowd in either activity. The changed time for PD dance seems to have shrunk the number of people attending. Those on extended holiday may have been the cause of fewer people lifting those weights. G&B class tomorrow and expect more people will be back on track.

About three weeks (21 days) until the big moving event takes place. I'm feeling more comfortable about the whole process now. I'm glad I took the extra month to sort through things. It was still stressful but not as much since everything was spread out more. Also, the checklist that I produced and have been using throughout helped a lot in keeping me on track. More people in the classes are aware now that I am leaving. I'm glad I've had the extra time to sway goodbye to everyone.

Watched an Israeli film this evening--The Footnote. I had watched this film before but I'm not sure I saw all of it. It was comic/drama (or dramatic/comedy) about a mix up of who gets a prestigious scholarly award. The mix up involves a father and son, who work in the same academic field, and one is told he has won the award--the wrong one! Things become tangled as everyone tries to unravel what has been set in motion. The father has often been nominated for the award but has never been selected. When he accidentally is told he has won, no one wants to have to tell him the truth.

My checklist is full of administrivia tasks that I plan to handle this week. Administrivia uber alles!
