Sun day and it was! Warmest day in a few weeks! Finished with the last of the holiday shopping. I found the last item that I had on my list.

Tackled a problem that has been haunting me--how to program the thermostat so it follows the patterns of this household. I did it! The heater wakes up later and goes to bed earlier than how it was set. Inserted a suggested eco-friendly set of parameters that ostensibly will reduce costs around 30%, without freezing or melting the people who live here. It was easy to do once I understood the somewhat wacky logic of how to set the rules.

Will be attending a support group meeting in the morning--looking forward to seeing some of the people from the previous meeting. Will be the last support group meeting for me in this area for the rest of the year. Next meetings kick off the new year--2014!

Vision improvement continues to be noticeable! Things were so bright and clear, sharp and readable today! My distance vision is like new--like I seem to remember it.

Time to read a bit before putting on my eye shield, taking my medication, and going to the land of sleep. Adieu my shoe! When it's through, it's through!
