Had dental hygiene and exam today. Not especially good news! Despite the more aggressive brushing/flossing and such there has not been improvement. Have an appointment to see a periodontist on Thursday for an exam that will result in a recommendation of what to do about this issue.

Repairman came by today and fixed the broken dryer. Contractor also came today and did some work on his to-do list items.

In all of the hubbub, I managed to not eat anything until late in the afternoon. I also didn't make it out to get my daily green tea latte infusion. I had an energy V8 instead--the one that has an energy booster (caffeine).

It cooled off quite a bit today. The winds, however, were steady and strong.

I read the news stories about the breakthrough in physics--that matter can be produced from energy (light)! It's just what the e=m(c*c) formula implies--you can go either way. Light and a 3-D printer can create my favorite sandwich! Are we ready for this?

Watching the season finales of my favorite CBS shows. Both sad and glad to see them end--sad to not have the weekly dose of stories and such--glad the finales are over with their crafted setups for the next season's offerings. Time to sleep! Going deep!
