Christmas Eve--and no reprieve! Started early in the morning--and wobbled around all day. Daughter did a heck of a job pulling today's meal together--and I help BH put together a trampoline. We did so in the cold, rain, and hail--not that I was all that much of a help. He had to grok the instructions--and turn them into action. I merely helped when I could--and shivered when I couldn't.
SD arrived around midday--ex around 4pm. We had a couple of present-opening sessions--including the big one for the grandkid. The pre-cooked smoked turkey was a mixed bag--it had a bright pink meat that looked undercooked. Tasted alright--but looked weird.
The grandkid got an overwhelming number of gifts--and she will have at least two more such events at other relatives. None will probably not match up to the trampoline--but who knows?
I didn't nap today--and was feeling low just before dinner. The work outdoors actually felt great--if it were a bit warmer it would have been even better.
Didn't win SBFL yet--but still trying. Tomorrow is Xmas day--and will be a mixed bag day. Along with the rest of the weekend--and early part of next week. Will be glad when everything goes back to my normal schedules--and it gets less cold (although that may be only a hope given the forecasts.
