Moved a lot more today than over the past three days--and I feel better for it. Sleeping and napping and not moving much--a prescription for the doldrums! Dance class was not all that full--and we didn't do a senior demo. So it was just dancing and dancing--without a lot of breaks. My FitBit tells the tale--lots of sleep last night even though I awoke early in the morning. And lots of steps today--versus the past three sedentary daze. After one of the dances, I checked my pulse--I was up in the aerobic level since the dance was an upbeat one that kept the feet going.
Rain forecast for tonight/tomorrow--hope it doesn't spook the chimney sweeps. Will be nice to have a functioning fireplace instead of the dry, heater air--too dry for the eye, oh me oh my!
It's about 9pm and I'm missing my daily nap--although I did add a hunk of sleep this morning after I took my medications and went back to bed. I'm curious to see what my body does tonight--after such a fruitful day/night of drowsiness. Too many variables--too many clocks.
In my waking period early this morning, I read several articles/tutorials about BitCoins--very interesting! There are some really good tutorials that explain the phenomena--and lead you by the hand through what it takes to start playing in that world. The whole thing is quite technical on one hand--and quite a simple process with the aid of all the extra tools that people have created.
News articles have been gushing with news concerning the possible identification of the person who created the concept--and implemented the initial code to demonstrate what he was describing. The news seems to have locked the BitCoin value at a little over $400 USD--well, it didn't tank so wonder what happens now?
