Chilly today--and hot tamale! Rain and coolness happening all week. Heading to RSB session in just a while--despite my current feeling of only wanting to sleep. No rest for the PWP--have to keep on moving.

Have to pick up a couple of gifts--something for daughter and for Trager lady. Rest of gifts are en route--so says the Amazon notifications. Some will arrive today--some on Monday and some later next week.

Will see PCP tomorrow--go over PT program, low BP, lipoma(?), and more.

Some worry and concern about my situations--financial, health, living space, and other things. Time to go pound the bag--and let the tightness flow.
