Did an RSB session this morning--and am now feeling the down time that seems to take over. I just drank a V8 Fusion--with a dose of vital reds. Hopefully, that will kick start my energy levels--and put me back into the land of the awake.
We did one activity today--where we were kicking a bag. I was aware that I didn't want to do side kicks--better to do head on kicks and not torque my hips.
I just realized that I could do an RSB session tomorrow--but that would make three sessions in three days. So, no will do--will just do some exercises on my own tomorrow and not push the envelope.
Even as I type--I can feel the V8 kicking in (good product that is just fruit and vegetable fruit with a dose of caffeine).
I haven't eaten any lunch yet--so I need to go out and grab a bite. I don't feel that hungry--the smoothie and pastry I had before class is still with me. But, I should eat something--to help balance the calorie drain from the RSB session. MD and A just got back from shopping--they brought back some Chinese food that looks and smells good. It's from the Raley's deli--whose Chinese food is not all that tasty.
