I found a couple of spinners--they are awesome! They are highly kinetic, simple toys, that spin for long periods of time with a single flick and no batteries... I can google "fidget spinner" and peruse the many faces of fidgets. Of course, they have already been banned in some classrooms... I haven't found one locally that glows in the dark yet--but I'll order one from Amazon if I have to...

RSB was a host of activities--organized into an obstacle course which we had to traverse in both directions. We also did a set of boxing exercises--that kept us moving the whole time.

Microsoft unveiled a wrist device that helps reduce PD tremors and micrographia (small handwriting)--this promises to be a non-evasive way to correct some PD symptoms--without inserting wires into the brain... Wonderful video showing the device being used with a person who has severe tremor and illegible handwriting...her fine motor controls are restored just by wearing the device...

Tomorrow is EDH dancing--a restful day after the past two intense workouts. Thursday will not have a FO dance class in the afternoon--just RSB in the morning. I'll have to assess if I can make the Rescue Thursday class--since RSB ends up at 11:30 which only gives a 30 minute window to get up to Rescue. And Friday, there is no class (or RSB)--although I could drop in on the Friday RSB. Having classes not happening is a pain--I just get back into a regular rhythm and everything gets jumbled.

I just let the dog out since my daughter and all are not back yet--and there was a big cat in the back yard. I guess the next-door neighbor was hallucinating--there is a cat on the prowl. The cat looks well fed--so it must belong to someone.
