Double day--RSB in the early morning and Rescue in the early afternoon. RSB was interesting--a new coach did the class. She has been diagnosed with PD--and has been certified to do RSB trainings. She did a good job--the owner spotted for her during the session. There were 12 people in the class--a pretty good class for early Saturday morning.
We did left hand, right hand, both hands activities--my left hand/arm is weaker than my right.
Dancing went well--given that I had a RSB session before doing the dance class. I grabbed a sandwich and a Frap on the way home--and had had a smoothie and pastry on the way to class and a ham/cheese croissant and a V8 Fusion on the way to dance. So I have eaten and drank enough--will go light on dinner.
Tomorrow is Mother's Day--don't know if anything is planned. MD must think that there is--she's busy cleaning the kitchen! I suppose my ex and my daughter have something on the agenda--I only have a plan to sleep late and rest tomorrow.
I feel kind of blotchy right now--buzzed out from the day's activities and ready to rest.
I was up several times last night--mostly bladder calls. But I was up early--to get to the RSB class.
Saturday the 13th--an auspicious day?
