Been reading up on healing diets and PD. I feel that I need to come to grips with the malaise under which I've found myself for several months. I clearly need an infusion of energy and need to figure out how that's going to happen.
Read some on brewer's yeast. It seems like something I need to add to my dishes. It has the right complex of ingredients that my system seems to require. Also picked up some mangosteen juice for the high levels of antioxidants.
I'll be coming off of the cleansing/protein diets soon and need to be prepared for the transition.
Also need to look into getting more exercise--in some way, shape or form. Has to be an answer to these mysteries. Has to be!
