Day before the fasting begins. Tomorrow it's water, lemon juice and maple syrup for the day and beyond. No supplements for those three days. Clean out the system. See where that takes me.

So tomorrow is a "rest" day unless I decide to do laundry.

Fairly quiet and still today. Did catch a few winks and rested some. Having some kind of technical problem with accessing my AOL account. I think the DSL line is wonky. Takes a long time for AOL to connect, and then it's missing Internet browsing features.
