September 1 and a half moon hanging in the sky. Read my way through a collection of short stories by Daphne Kolatay called Calamities. A dozen stories with characters intertwined so that they all appear in the final piece. Engaging stories taken separately, but amazing when they are all read together--a weave of words!

Been an ok day! I didn't sleep much today. Felt somewhat energized as well as tired, but not tired enough to sleep any appreciable amount. Digestion continues to hold steady. I'm feeling like I want to eat more, but not more dairy/fruit. Next week will make it one month of clear digestion. When I hit the one month mark, I'll start adding in other foods and such.

Sleepy tonight! Nice now that it's cooled off some. Dream time calls!
