Awoke to the Wednesday morning trash pickup activities. Pulled the bedding over my head and went back to sleep for a while. Finally, made it up and did exercises, etc. Ended up doing laundry. Wednesdays are good days at the laundromat--virtually only one there.

Went to library and picked up some reading materials. Got a short story collection by Farley Mowat--will start with his work tonight.

Things went fairly smoothly until about 2pm. Then, had to rest/sleep. I went out for a couple of hours. Symptoms stayed with me today--not much of a let up. Trying to notice the symptom intensity and characteristics. Varies each day, but the larger daily pattern seems to play out each day.

Last night, symptoms quieted down in the late evening. Seemed to be a response/reaction to the chiropractor session. Body work seems to work--seems to have a positive effect. Looking forward to getting more frequent acupressure massages and what that does.

Nothing special planned tomorrow. Perhaps can make some progress on "next steps." Need to walk some tomorrow--missed taking regular walks so far this week. Onward and onward!
