Foggy day, in symptom town! Had me up and had me down.

Was also hot and muggy--still is. Awoke early, exercised and walked. Smoothie for breakfast; DeeDee's for lunch. Slept several hours in the early afternoon.

Tomorrow is the 4th. Seems like an odd day to have a holiday--middle of the week! Looking forward to the 5th--acupressure massage person returns. Let the massages begin!

Time to do some more Hong-Sau breathing--and visualization of my next abode--let there be light!
