Acupressure massage person is back from long vacation. Had a session yesterday! First one in five weeks. It was wonderful! Need to get more of those treatments!

Got really warm here yesterday. Can't imagine what it's like in all those places with 110+ degrees. Hotter than hot! Getting warm today, but milder than yesterday.

Slept a fair amount yesterday despite the heat. Turned on my small fan and used it to keep a cooling draft aimed my way.

Week feels scrambled! Holiday in the middle throws off my sense of which day is which. Feels like Saturday today, but it's only Friday.

Just got a call from RB--wants to meet for breakfast on Sunday. Should have days sorted out by then. Meeting at the CG at 8am. He's down for the weekend with his lady friend. Will meet her for the first time.

Fell asleep last night on a set of pillows. Woke up and made it to bed around 2am. Tremor was quiet--from acupressure massage. Still fairly quiet today. Been drinking, for me, a lot of water. I feel parched and am downing the liquids. Massage specialist remarked yesterday that we often don't know what form healing assumes. Certainly, true for me! Nothing like what I expected or would have predicted. And so it goes! And goes! And goes!
