Did not win the MegaMillion lottery last night--and neither did anyone else! Jackpot is now over $200MM.

Slept/rested quite a bit today. Awoke later than usual. Feeling quiet and somewhat still. Symptoms fairly quiet. Read some and tried to meditate as much as possible. Had soup and sandwich for a late lunch. Apartment complex was somewhat busy today. I think some people are leaving (have left) and there was some maintenance being done on their unit. Anyway--there was more traffic today than usual.

Dreamed last night about camping. In the dream, we were telling each other about our dreams we were having while we were camping. It was a dream about dreams! One of those Escher-like dream states of dreams inside of dreams. Love it! Lots of fun!

Staying muggy and warm. August is almost over. Cooling days will be coming soon unless we get a September with hot days. But who knows anymore? Could just skip ahead to the next ice age.

New study on PD shows that walking delays onset. I've been fairly sloppy recently about doing my walking. Need to get back on it--along with other exercise stuff (weights, yoga, gym, etc.). Will walk in the morrow. I stopped walking about the same time I stopped going by the donut shop. Maybe need the torus-shaped motivation. We shall see!
