Nice at the beach today! I rushed over and back in a fashion. I thought I was having dinner with BH and I wanted to be up for that. It was really warm when I returned. Still managed to sleep some.

I don't know if I was off track or if BH forgot about dinner. I called him and left a message and went out for a bite. Had a salad (alkaline). Maybe dinner with BH was for tomorrow night. I've not had a high score on being at the right place over the past month. One more data point!

Chugging along tonight--heat is still happening. Walk at the beach was invigorating, but was somewhat difficult. Like swimming in glue! Tremor began to act up some late this afternoon as I got ready for dinner. Ready for the bed tonight, but have to wait for the cool to settle around.

Tomorrow is laundry day! Have the next session with the PDTeam set for early September--right after labor day. Will be interesting!
