Warm last night and today! Muggy! But better than back east--Memphis has been scorching.

Went to the chiropractor today. He almost couldn't find any tightness or tension. Good news! Despite the fact that I'm still tremoring, I'm staying loose. Good outcome in spite of the symptoms. As the chiropractor mumbles while he works on me, "I'll take it!"

Had dreams last night with a lot of emotion. I was angry and shouting. I was also sad and crying. I was with my mother and an ex-wife (daughter's mother). They were trying to take care of me. I was expressing my feelings loudly and emotionally. I was aware of the turmoil I was inflicting on them, but I felt that I had to do what I was doing. The dream was sort of split into two segments--the angry session and the sad session.

I had some difficulty getting to sleep last night and awoke several times. It was fairly warm last night and never did really cool down. Hopefully, will head to the beach tomorrow and will have dinner with BH tomorrow evening. But for now, waiting for the coolness. Let it happen!
