Moving slowly today--everything seems like it requires effort. I feel heavy. Don't know if this is an aftereffect of yesterday's massage or just the symptom's cycle kicking in (and out). Napped lightly today and did manage to get out and about some.

While I was out, a guy came up to me in the parking lot. He offered to remove the marks from my truck (where I backed into a garage post). He took out a bottle with some goop in it and removed the marks--looks like new! Parking lot repairs! I've got his number should I want the truck detailed--in order to sell it perhaps.

Picked up some new photos of my newest granddaughter and her latest videos. She loves the camera! Will see her and her sister, mom and pop tomorrow.

Dreamed last night, but lost it somewhere along the wake-up path today. More will come!
