Daylight Saving Time is nearly upon us. Next week this time we will have sprung ahead.

Went to movement class today. Felt good to do so. It was a small class and very relaxing. Spent a few hours doing laundry today. Had a crowd in the place for a change. Wasn't too annoying, but I like it when there's fewer people. It just gets noisy with more people.

Got a link to a healer who basically helps people by just being present. His name is Braco (pronounced Bratso). He's stirring up a lot of interest among the new age circles. He can be googled and there are YouTube videos of him being present. Interesting phenomena!

Had an active dream last night but don't recall any details. PD exercise class tomorrow. We had a hail storm yesterday evening (while I was asleep). I remember hearing the sound of something hitting the roof, but I thought it was heavy rain. It was frozen rain!
