Had an acupressure session this morning. It felt good! I went for a walk in the late afternoon, after napping some. I went to the park where there is a biking trail. It was nice to be in nature while walking. I had some difficulty walking--my legs felt heavy and didn't want to move.

I watched a Japanese movie Departures. It was a good film about a young man who has to abandon his dream of being a cello player in a concert orchestra. He blindly falls into a job as an encoffiner--a person who prepares a dead person's body for burial or cremation. The film dealt directly with the issues of death and dying, and how the job of the encoffiner can bring dignity and closure to the final process. It was one of the best movies I've seen in a while. Rich and honest!

Woke up last night as the full moon was passing overhead. It was a bright one that bristled with light and energy.
