Had a movement class today and made it out for a short walk. I was somewhat draggy during the walk. I was not as loose as yesterday. Will continue walking though. I know I need to keep doing it, no matter what.

Watched a visually stunning movie, The Company. It is an Altman film about a dance company. It comes off more like a documentary. But it was done with the Joffrey Ballet and the dance segments are spectacular. The story line is almost not present. The focus is on dance and dancing. It was an unexpected pleasure.

Acupressure session in the morning. Got a call from the dental office. The cap that's being cast is more expensive than quoted. The price of gold is driving up the price of dental crowns. It's only a $75 increase over the quote. I told them to cast away! I'll be worth something when I'm gone!
