PD exercise class followed by a session with the Gentle Dental team. I now have a temporary cap on tooth #30. In about two weeks they will install the final crown. I made it through the dental work today in fair shape. The tensions did make the symptoms come forward, but it was not too bad. I went into a sort of fog when I got home. I slept some and got confused as to the time of day and whether I had taken my medication. Finally got everything sorted out. I'll probably head for the bed early tonight. I'm off schedule. I need to do laundry. Will fit it in tomorrow perhaps. Still plan to make it to movement class.

Dreamed a lot of different dreams last night and today. I don't recall any details. I just remember them being active. There was one where everyone was having fun and laughing.

Week has passed quickly. Time rockets on!
