PD dance class, movement class, and a meeting with LL today! Slept some as well. Classes went well. Meeting with LL was fun. I hadn't seen her in several years. Turns out she is a friend of my Tuesday movement class instructor. The instructor had me be a "mystery" guest. LL is busy writing her biography (maybe for publication) and fretting over her virtual computer museum project. It was good to catch up on what we've been doing.

I think I dreamed about working on some type of math models this afternoon as I napped.

I've got a dental appointment tomorrow to begin some restoration work. Don't look forward to having the work done. Will be able to make it to PD exercise class in the morning before hitting the dental office. One thing at a time! And time to thing at one!

We did a chanting movement activity in PD dance class. It was energizing. It involved doing a two-part chant. I can only recall the base component and not the harmonizing refrain. It goes Ay Dumba, DeeAy Dumba, DeeAy Dumadum, Ay Dumadum! We moved on each phrase. Felt good!
