Dancing with the dentist day! Had to get up early and get to the dentist office during my normal early-morning nap period. Came away with the information that I have two cavities in and around some existing fillings. It's going to take around $4500 worth of work to remedy things. Fortunately, my insurance covers the bulk of it. I'll still be on the hook for $1700, but that's a lot better than having to shell out nearly $5K!

So that was my "dance" for the day! Have an appointment for Wednesday to start the restorations.

I had a great late breakfast at Joanie's Cafe (which also is the name of my dental worker--Joanie!). I had an egg scramble with spinach, smoked salmon, avocado, rye toast and home fries. Delicious! I came home and slept for several hours. I watched a movie, Junebug. The film never got very deep into all of the characters. The story focused mostly on a woman who was inserted into an existing family's patterns and ways of being. She didn't quite fit and there the tale goes. It sort of ended with lots of loose ends--like someone throwing a hand grenade into a crowd of people and ending with them splattered about the scene.

I dreamed this afternoon something about my ex wives. I seemed to confront and be confronted by each of them in a hazy, dark and mysterious manner. The dream was uncomfortable. I felt badly after each interaction and awoke feeling sad.

PD dance class tomorrow and movement class in the afternoon. Will be good to be moving!
