PD exercise class today! Big class! But it was one of those "reminder" sessions that point out what the disease is doing. Not a lot of joy! Exercise itself felt good for the most part. It was just the information sections that were depressive and heavy. I'd rather be dancing.

Check finally arrived from the Fastrak people. It took them long enough. It wasn't a huge amount of money ($61) but it took them forever to send it.

When I came home from class and getting a bite to eat, I slept for several hours. I woke up stiff and achy. The exercise class pushed my limits some. Will use the movement class tomorrow to smooth things out.

Dreamed last night that I was doing something with the management consulting group I once worked for. I don't recall what we were doing. It seemed technical and dull. I'm sleepy! Time to drift away to dream land! Goodly night!
