PD dance class was short on dancing today. It seems like it was everybody's birthday and the celebration ate (in all senses of the word since there was ample cookies and nibbles) into dance time. But happy birthday everyone! Many, many more!

Watched a Russian movie by Tarkovsky tonight called The Mirror. It was a somewhat intriguing "stream of consciousness" film that jumped around in space and time. It was a mysterious, perhaps semi-autobiographical journey into the director's past, present and future. It became slightly tedious but I'm going to check out some of his other films. As I said, it was somewhat intriguing.

Didn't nap this afternoon. I'm a bit tired now and will soon head for the bed. PD gait and balance on the menu for tomorrow. Revised medication still seems to be helping minimize symptoms as well as increasing energy and clarity. Let there be meds!
