• Had some nice rain, mostly in the early morning. Clear, cool day otherwise.
• Slept well and slept in a bit this morning.
• Went for a walk in the local park. Walking felt good and smooth.
  
• Had a tasty midday meal of brown rice and lemon chicken.
• Went downtown to pick up mail.
• It was a quiet day around the apartments; kids were gone most of the day.
• Had a fairly mild episode of redness and flushing
