Warmer last night! Didn't turn the heater on--first time in days. But we had the rains! Thunderous rain storms in the early morning flooded the area.

I dreamed that I was in a junky place with several other people. We were like hanging out. Everyone acted as if they were lightly stoned. It was an odd dream with a mixture of people I know and several strangers.

Watched an absorbing movie tonight--Yellow Asphalt. It's a set of three mini-stories set in the region where the Bedouins still live. The stories give a glimpse into the Bedouin culture and how it endures along side today's realities in the region. The film was done with the cooperation of a nomadic tribe. It is worth seeing again despite its somewhat grim outcomes.

I'm wrestling with a kink in my right lower back. I can't move quickly. If I do so, I can trigger a spasm that makes me catch my breath. Did a Qigong session this evening but had to sit down through part of it. Stomach is better! I ate a mix of things today and all seems well.
