First movement class of the new year! Felt good, but lost some of the benefit since I had to drop off my truck for an oil change. The garage was full of cars! Seems that everyone is getting their vehicles serviced, tuned and doctored. The bays were full! I await a call from the service guru as to whether they got to my vehicle or not. I have to catch a bus to get there.

I did do a Qigong session this afternoon as I waited for the service news. I did the session standing all the way! It was a bit of a push but I made it. The sessions seem to be doing me some good--I'm feeling more vertical and aligned. Hawking made it 50 years with ALS. I should be able to make it quite a few less years with a much less aggressive disease. I can catch a bus to go and retrieve my truck.

Feeling tired and logy this evening. Waiting for things to happen is not my favorite sport. But waiting is on the menu! So I await the wait! My fate is to wait!
