Cooler day in every way! Went to the (large) G&B class. It was as usual a stretch to make it through the exercises, but everyone made it. Had almost no flushing/redness today! The symptoms have been less for the past few days. Perhaps it is related to the pollen count which was heavy over the past two months or so. Have a movement class tomorrow. Looking forward to it!

Watched an Australian film this evening--Wake in Fright. The film was made in the early 70s but got lost along with its negatives until someone found copies in a repository. The material was scheduled to be destroyed and was saved at the last moment. The materials were used to help make a restoration of the film. The digital restoration is unbelievable! The color and depth of the original were completely recreated. The result is a powerful film. There are some horror scenes in some of the film (shooting of kangaroos) but the film is very realistic and in your face. The whole story involves a straight-laced school teacher who heads out on holiday over the Christmas period. He gets sidetracked while on his journey and end up drinking, fighting, shooting, and more. The film is a walkabout--literally and figuratively--that takes him on a journey that eventually brings him back home a bit changed and a bit wiser. In fact, the film would be better titled Walkabout--Wake in Fright doesn't really say what the film's all about.

Dental repair work has been benign and not all that noticeable. Look forward to getting the permanent installation and get on with the rest of the work that needs to be done.

Late it gets and night is here! Have a toddy, have a beer! Let the brilliant stars appear! Have no worry--have no fear!
