Windy day! Gusts this afternoon rocked the roof of the building and felt like there were mini tornadoes roaming through the area. Sudden bursts of wind would whip through the trees and screech around the corners of the apartments. There would be a howling sound and bursts of debris from the trees scattered across the landscape.

Minor stuff vis-a-vis what went on during the Boston Marathon. So sad and disturbing! Craziness abounds!

I dreamed last night that I was helping evacuate (clean out) an old warehouse. The building was decrepit and almost falling down. We were pulling out rotted timbers that had been inserted in the loft area. We were pulling the timbers down from the ceiling and carrying them outside where they were stacked and made ready to be burned. It was a light dream. There was a sense of satisfaction at doing such manual labor. Everyone who was working on the project seemed happy using their muscles and helping clean up the place.

Cooler today and this evening. Temperatures dropped quite a bit from yesterday's warmer weather. Have a PD dance class, resistance training session, and an acupressure (Tui na) appointment in the late afternoon. Full  day is on its way! Will also pick up TA and give him a ride to/from dance class. Had some flushing/redness in the afternoon, but not as much as happens sometimes.

Ready for bed tonight! Ready to crawl under the covers and read a bit before entering the dream machine.
