G&B class was a workout today but I felt good after doing the activity. Had a strong case of flushing/turning red after eating lunch with GH--had sour cream and banana. Weather was warm today--got into the high 80s! Where did that come from?

Watched rest of Michael Collins film this evening. It ended as I knew it would--he was ambushed and shot while making a trip into Ireland to talk with the rebels. He was only 31 when he died. He accomplished quite a lot in his short time on the planet.

Movement class tomorrow and a session with LM (acupressure and tuina). It seems a long time since we last did a session. It will be wonderful to get a treatment again.

Dreamed last night but don't recall the details now. I think I dreamed a repeat of a previous dream or picked up in this dream where I had left off in a previous dream. I'm fading as I type. I just want to go horizontal and fall into my dreams. Let there be a silver shining over all that is and will be! Let there be! Let there be!
