Saw my PCP this morning--and got a referral to have the lipoma on my neck removed. It will be nice to have the thing removed--with me having less and less hair, it shows up more and people notice it. Hopefully, the surgery can be done on an out patient basis--with minimum anesthesia. The surgeon is the same one that I spoke with after my colonoscopy--he would have done any remaining surgery if required. That followup is still pending--I need to see the doctor who removed the polyps and get a reading on whether or not another colonoscopy is needed. Too many medical things--seems like my whole life involves dealing with medical issues.

Missing doing something physical today--days seem to go better when I'm exercising and moving. Just floating along doesn't work--any kind of activity is more comfortable than treading water as the day goes by.

Time for my afternoon SB's imbibe--waiting for today's postal/delivery of my initial set of holiday gifts. I'm more interested in adding game elements to the "SB for Life" game--than I'm craving a warm/cool drink.
