Read up on goat's milk and related products. Looks like something I should put on my shopping list. Easier to digest than cow's milk with slightly better components except for folic acid.
It's starting to look like I'll need to adjust my diet fairly radically. I don't seem to be doing well with bulky foods or animal proteins (meats). To accommodate, I'll have to shift to more grains (simple ones), fruits, dairy, and veggies. Eggs are looking suspect; as does soy. Also, I seem to do better with smaller portions more times a day--rather than three large meals. Three smaller meals interspersed with snacks are starting to look like the way to go.
Going over to SC tomorrow for a treatment. Energy seems to be up some--cautiously up, I think.
Finishing up on the cleansing/detox 21-day plan. Hopefully, the energy uplift comes from having done the program and eating simply over the past few days. May that be my reality!
