Good session with the chiropractor today. Sat in front of the Tesla machine for 8 minutes. Then went shopping, grabbed a sandwich, and sat in the park for a spell. Nice breeze today and it was peaceful in the park. Came back and fell asleep. Heat starting to build.

The quiet and peace of the park made me think of having a place to live where I can sit undisturbed in nature. That living arrangement would be ideal.

I saw a man downtown who was having difficulty walking. He was festenating and struggling to move. He obviously was dealing with PD. My walking isn't as bound up as his seemed to be, but I'm having issues in that area. Using a treadmill might help. Have to explore.

Dreamed last night about doing a play. I've had this dream before (several times) and it always ends up with the troupe doing the performance, but not having rehearsed the final scene. It's a key part of the play for me and I start to panic when I realize we haven't rehearsed. Last night, I produced a copy of the script that covered the final scene. It was abbreviated from the standard version, but would have worked. Someone else produced a copy of the standard version. We were debating what to do as I awoke. Strange dream to be repeating. Not having rehearsed the final scene, but the show must go on!
