Bastille Day! Happy revolution! Was in and out of it today. Warm day. Got out for a walk early before the heat settled in. Still muggy now. Made resting/sleeping difficult.

Today was L's B-day. Hope she did something fun. I believe it's her big 6-O event. I'm sure her lady friends had something planned.

I think I dreamed last night, but can't recall anything about it--just the impression of having dreamed.

Really want to be doing something different--I'm burned through on healing and am ready to move onward--on to something that reverses the inward spiral that I'm cascading downward with. Spending more time with humorous stuff. RB sent a link through about outsourcing daycare (on The Onion site). Funny stuff! Also got a clever note from LL about a flooding in the Crawford, TX presidential library--both books were destroyed and one wasn't even colored in yet.

So, ha, ha, ha! Ha, ha, ha! Ha, ha, ha! And the beat (and the heat) goes on!
